On a Friday in New York, Cold and tired, I was walking to the HalfKing. I had a camera and something caught my eye. I turned left.. I found my self photowandering. If it were not for the fact I had to see a friend for possibly the last time I could have walked all night.

Findings After a long week I was slightly out of my head so it was a perfect time for some quick we35 research. I was walking in Chelsea, an arts district. There are galleries every where. The 35mm was perfect for that environment. I wandered around creating frames of things that caught my eye from the normal to the surreal. Shooting with the 35mm I find myself not overthinking my images. I know my field of view so well it’s almost second nature so composing the image takes a lot less time. It makes it some much easier to witness and capture the world around me.
