It was, almost, an overwhelming week exploring the frontier in New Jersey.
Early October was decent in terms of weather. Not cold, not quite sweater weather, but one could feel the chill in the air.
On Monday, I started the week with a new lens in New York. I took my recent acquired Tamron 17-28 to get used to it before I started using it for work. I started with it on my Sony a6400.
The Next day I put it on my Sony A7III. I have no regrets about that purchase.
The week, filled with camera work, provided it’s challenging, as a public hearing in Jersey City.
Camera work in Newark.
When the week was over, I tried to be in the forest as much as possible. I needed an introvert detox. To enjoy the crisp weather and get away from humans was the best thing I could do for my sanity.
These images, from my week of photography, describe to you and explain the light, places, textures, characters I’ve visually observed in my travels. If you can spare a little of your time and share in the wonders, I have seen.
