It was not a quiet week exploring the frontier here in New Jersey. With Autumn in full swing and the weather drunk, some days were uncharacteristically muggy, others cool. At least my pixels were consistently sharp and warm.
The beginning of the week was busy. At work, I was on the railroad again. There were lots of tasks that just needed to be done. Some of them required me to travel. I am glad these tasks required my camera.
It was one of those weeks that required one to slow down in the evenings and just breath. Let the clouds pass by for a minute. Luxuriate in a quiet moment.
I did have a day of this week. I chance to explore a different place. I historical train yard with one of my best friends. He thought I would be tired of being around trains.
This place was different. It gave me a chance to perk up my creative eye and relax.
The weekend was basically one day this week. I worked a bit Saturday. On Sunday though, a new local brewery held an Oktoberfest party. It was something a little different. Beer flowing, happy people, a respite from the madness a good prep for the oncoming storm of the next week.
As I make my way through the week, I always have my camera in hand sharing the wonders I see. Here is a bit of camera work from the week.
