It has been a quiet week, Socially Distancing my self here in New Jersey. Times have been interesting. With spring in the air, most of us have tied to our homes, watching events unfold around the world. This new way of living has affected my photography life a lot more than expected. Expectations have had to be adjusted. Perspective limited. Since current events have me working from home, and socially distancing, I have had to come up with new routines. One of them has been a daily coffee x laptop photo. For me, it is a fascinating way to start the day. The regular coffee x laptop is an excellent exercise for my creativity. The social distancing directive has also stopped me from photo walking in my usual way. I have had to look locally for my walks. Make it interesting. One thing I have done was move away from my usual wide-angle lens and work with more of a telephoto range. It has helped me see my local world a bit differently. Spring is here, and the local Sakura Leaves have started to bloom. Usually, I get to move around to different parks, but now I’m limited to what’s around me. The key to this is just picking the right times to go out and avoid humans, its one of my specialties.
