#We35Expedition 3 – Seeing Double

#We35Expedition 3 – Seeing Double

After listening to March’s We35 podcast I started pondering how to make it interesting. The theme was double exposures. There were a few different ways I could have composed my images but I chose to go the ‘in camera’ path. I had been meaning to teach myself this technique and this was the perfect opportunity.

After much thought, I decided to go with one of my favorite themes morning coffee. After much trial and error, the perfect opportunity just happened. I was up early on a Saturday morning. Just before sunrise. I had enough morning light to take my coffee shot, pour it into my travel mug and make my way to a sunrise shot not far from home. The fact it worked out, in the end, was surprising.
