It was a week where you could only keep cool and carry on, exploring the frontier, out here in New Jersey. The dog days of summer came in quickly and was met with a ton of crazy work. I miscalculated everything especially my photography. Lots of coffee was required
When I walked in the morning, to the train, I started sweating immediately. Most of the week was either hot or very humid. With the type of work I had to do, I need to not wear my self out first thing in the morning so I just went to work.
I thought I would have more time for personal frames, during the week, but time got away from me. The problem was, soo many people had plans for me, in and out of work that I did not pick up my camera much.
The end of the week was basically a moment of chaos. It a good moment to take a breather and have a beer and deep breath.
The weekend came and so did the rain. I longed for personal photography time, so I grabbed my umbrella and just went out in the wet weather and braved it. I traveled to a local reservoir and walked around till the thunder and lightning said, No More.
It was a wonderful experience. I need to walk in the rain more.
I also welcomed the quiet.
As I make my way through the week, I always have my camera in hand sharing the wonders I see. Here is a bit of camera work from the week.
