It was a low energy week, exploring the frontier here in New Jersey. It was nice for the final week of the year. It was the last week of the year. Things were, sometimes wet, slightly cold and dark and the Christmas music was shut off. With the Holiday falling on a Tuesday the work week, disrupted.
There was no camera work this week, so I decided to continue with an experiment. I found myself changing my perspective in my photography lately. I have been using my telephoto lens at least once a day lately, seeing how many different frames I could acquire from one location. The experiment was interesting and also an excellent change in the order of operations.
The week ended as quietly as it began. The weekend’s weather was pleasant. I took the opportunity to visit one of my favorite coffee shops in Weehawken New Jersey, Kuppi. It was nice to sit there with espresso, talk and not worry about anything for a brief moment.
I thought that would be how things ended this year and I would spend the last Sunday being lazy, but the universe had other plans. After my third cup of coffee, my phone made a noise. It was actually ringing. Very few people call me, so it had to be important. It was my partner in Pixels. He was miss informed about some camera work and needed help. SO, I found myself as a second photographer at a wedding. It was an interesting way to end the weekend.
As I make my way through the week, I always have my camera in hand sharing the wonders I see. Here is a bit of camera work from the week.
