It was an awfully cold week exploring frontier in New Jersey. A polar vortex fell on the country, and our area was on the edge of the frozen insanity. Everything slowed down there was downtime because all one could do was grin and bear it.
In the middle of the week, there was some camera work. It was in an exciting location with a lot of people, but my team managed. I’m usually doing a bit more logistics work at press conferences. We just hosted though, and it was nice to be able to take pictures.
Then the snow came, for 15 minutes. I could not feel my nose, but it was an impressive time for photography. To catch a new moment like that is always fun.
And just like that, it was over, and the extreme cold started to entrench itself on our area. Rivers froze and I could not feel my nose. It was survivable though.
As I make my way through the week, I always have my camera in hand sharing the wonders I see. Here is a bit of camera work from the week.
