It was an interesting week exploring the frontier. Even though it felt like the month of August on some days, the autumn season was upon us. I have been a groove, my camera work keeping me busy. I have been mainly working with one camera lately. My Nikon D750 & 35mm f2d. For the most part, it’s all I need. In my travels, I have been capturing frames as I passed through my days.
The busy week has a holiday as well, so that meant a bit of photo wandering, looking for coffee in NYC. It is hard to express how much I enjoyed it. It was warmer than it should have been on this September morning and dark. With the sun now rising later the New York Morning is slightly different need a slower form of photography, dragging the shutter a little.
I finally made my way to the weekend and dad mode. The family and I had sports events, street festivals and a bit of cooking. There was a lot to do. Good times.
As part of this year’s we35 project #exploringthefrontier we decided to hashtag our non-research as #We35shenanigans. I have been posting the images on my Instagram account but here are some of them, edited, for my entertainment.
