About two years ago, at this time, began a new hope, the We35 project. There were three goals, expand our own creative visions, providing a democratized visual survey of this incredible world and conducting research and filing field reports as we conducted the world’s first visual survey. Overall it was very helpful to my creative life and it is time to begin it anew.
The fine folks at the PhotoFrontier, Armando & Justing started things off with a new podcast ‘Conversations From The Photo Frontier.‘ They will be sharing the expeditions there as well as sharing information to help “explore photography, creativity and how they can enrich your life. If you’d like to learn more about the project make sure to visit their #We35 resource page. I will be sharing my #WE35 images on Instagram and be sharing my assignments here and a few other places. Stay tuned, this will be fun.
I am looking forward to this round of the project. I will, mostly, using my broken Sony A7 with its 35mm lens. It will be set to black in white and basically become my poor man’s Leica M Monochrome. It should be a laugh.
A few frames
Here are images of me recently photo wandering in we35 mode, after 2017’s first cup of coffee.
