It was a comfortable morning , in the summer of 2016. I was up early , as usual, and found myself on a bus heading to New York City. Once I got to the city and realized I would not melt, I found myself drawn to Central Park. It is a location I am obsessed with, you can say. I always find myself here at some point, just walking. It’s very easy to be alone there. On this morning, with my camera in hand, I wandered through the park just because.
Everytime I explore Central Park, I find something new. The place is so vast there’s never enough time to see it all. I can spend an entire day walking there. This day, though, I just had a little over an hour to photo wander. The park was filled with the normal bikers, walkers, and joggers, getting time in the park before the tourist woke up. Even though I’m a bit of a tourist myself, I can appreciate that time of day. I can’t wait for another full day to walk there again
Central Park will always have a special place for me. I can’t live near there for some reason, but I’m close enough. As a photographer, it is a sort of paradise. The landscape allows you to get any type of frame you want. The people around you mostly don’t care. You can go fast or slow as long as you have an air of “I don’t give frell” in your step.
Here are my frames from my most recent photo wandering in Central Park
