#PhotoWandering: …at the end of June

“Time is endlessly flowing onwards” The environment that surrounds me has been keeping me unexpectedly busy. It has been getting in the way of my summer photo wandering more than I thought it would. I did manage to get out once, at the end of June. The temperature was just right, New York was quiet, basically hungover.

I really need this photo walk. I had to face the situation, get on the 5:08 train to the city, and start a small journey. Any later and I would not have had enough time. One in New York, with its partly cloudy sky, some humidity and quiet, I wandered down 10th Ave. I wanted to see if there was any new art on that path.

There was much to see as the city was waking up, recovering from an epic weekend. There were walks of shame, as well as people in need of lots of coffee.

In my hand, a Sony A6400 with a 20mm lens, a simple set of use often. I don’t have to think much about it.

I long for another photo walk.

For some it seems senseless , me wandering around , taking photos. It’s something I really enjoy. Here are the frames from my latest bit of photo wandering.
