My second attempt, this time i had a little more time to think and note things. I adjusted the grind and the tamp, and got better cups. While the Crema was not perfect there was an improvement in the espresso pull.
I have to make the grind finer for future pulls, but I think i understand more . This machine is really letting me know how crappy my old espresso machine was. The best thing of this is, it’s an interesting photography challenge.
